Benefits Analyst

The Benefits Accounting Analyst oversees the accounting and administration of all employee benefits plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, COBRA, and FSAs. This role involves reconciling benefit payments to the General Ledger, preparing audit reports, and ensuring data integrity within HRIS systems. The position requires coordinating with legal, controller, and external auditors while managing benefit plan inquiries and vendor interfaces.
