Benefits Analyst

This role serves as the primary point of contact for employee and HR Business Partner inquiries related to benefits, delivering professional and accurate expertise to employees across the United States and Canada. The position involves managing plan enrollment, eligibility, and communications while collaborating with vendor partners, payroll, and finance teams. Responsibilities include supporting the annual Open Enrollment process, conducting audits, and maintaining regulatory compliance and data integrity.
