Benefits Analyst

This role supports the development, implementation, and administration of corporate employee and retiree benefit plans, including plan design, legal compliance, and vendor management. The position serves as a primary resource for employee leaves of absence, manages system functionality for benefits, and ensures regulatory compliance with laws such as ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to develop communication materials and monitor industry trends.
