The Benefits Analyst serves as the day-to-day administrator for U.S. and Canada benefits and leave programs within the Total Rewards department. This role ensures accurate enrollments, deductions, vendor billing, and leave compliance across Workday and carrier systems while acting as the primary point of contact for employees and HR partners. The position involves managing open enrollment cycles, supporting leave administration, and leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
