Benefits Analyst

The Benefits Analyst supports the administration and delivery of Prologis' employee benefits programs, with a primary focus on leave of absence (LOA) administration and ongoing health and welfare plan administration. The role guides employees and managers through leave and benefit processes, coordinates with external administrators, and works with HR partners, Payroll, and HRIS to resolve issues accurately and on time. About 75% of the role is dedicated to leave and benefit plan administration, with the remaining time supporting broader Benefits team work such as employee communications, vendor management, analysis, compliance, process improvement, and annual benefit programs.
