Benefits Consultant / Onsite

A Benefits Consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit questions, administer benefit plans, and process enrollments and changes across medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement programs. The role involves presenting benefits information during new employee orientations, managing COBRA administration, and supporting open enrollment and onboarding education sessions. This is a full-time, on-site position within a top-rated hospital in Gratiot, Ohio.
