Benefits Consultant / Onsite

The Benefits Consultant / Onsite role involves serving as the primary point of contact for employee benefit questions, administering benefit plans, and processing premiums and payroll deductions. The position requires presenting benefits information during new employee orientations and managing COBRA administration and leave-of-absence billing. This full-time, on-site position reports to the Benefits Manager and supports open enrollment and employee communications.
