The Benefits Coordinator supports administration and delivery of Spring Health’s employee benefits and wellness programs, ensuring a high-quality experience for employees. This part-time (20 hours/week) role reports to the Senior Manager, Benefits and Wellness and is part of the People Team. The position is offered as hybrid or remote and contributes to program accuracy, compliance, and employee support across the organization.
