As a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator, you will manage bi-weekly payroll processing, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. This part-time role involves supporting benefits administration, assisting with annual open enrollment, and serving as a primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries. Working alongside HR and Finance, you will handle tax reconciliations and track PTO while ensuring strict adherence to laws like FLSA.
