Benefits Director

The Director, Benefits is a strategic leader responsible for designing and managing comprehensive employee benefits programs that align with organizational goals and enhance employee well-being. The role balances strategic vision and hands-on operational oversight of health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellness programs while ensuring compliance and competitive positioning. This position also provides leadership for a small benefits team and supports benefits strategy for a large employee population.
