Benefits & HR Representative

The Benefits & HR Representative supports the day-to-day administration of employee benefits and core human resources processes across the United States and Canada. This role serves as the primary point of contact for associates regarding benefit programs, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with applicable policies. The position also provides support across a broad range of HR disciplines, including onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HRIS administration.
