The Benefits Manager reports to the Head of Total Rewards and is responsible for shaping and executing benefits and wellness strategies that align with PURE’s values and business goals. This role provides day-to-day administrative oversight of all company benefit programs, acts as the primary employee-facing expert on benefits, and supports compliance and a positive company culture.
