The Benefits Manager will oversee day-to-day administration of health and welfare plans, leave of absence/disability programs, and benefits communications. This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, manages vendor relationships, and coordinates with payroll, HRIS, and other internal teams. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Health and Welfare Benefits, the position is based in Atlanta, GA.
