Benefits Program Mentor

The Benefits Program Mentor at the Department of Vermont Health Access supports the Health Access Eligibility & Enrollment Unit in executing user acceptance testing for the Vermont Health Connect system. This semi-leadership role involves defect management, coaching, training, and collaboration with vendors and state units to create and execute testing scenarios. The position also assists the user acceptance team supervisor with resource forecasting.
