Benefits Systems Specialist

The Benefits Systems Specialist is a fully remote, individual contributor role responsible for configuring benefit administration systems from the ground up, including plan types, eligibility rules, and carrier connections. The position involves managing ACA module configuration, coordinating IRS Form 1094-C and 1095-C submissions, and partnering directly with client HR departments and benefit brokers to translate plan designs into accurate system setups. This role requires deep benefits knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to learn new platforms or regulations as needed.
