Benefits Technician

The Benefits Technician provides administrative and technical support for the Village’s employee and retiree benefits programs, risk management activities, and related Human Resources functions. The role involves processing benefits transactions, maintaining confidential records, assisting employees and retirees, and supporting leave and workers’ compensation administration. This position requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently while providing exceptional customer service.
