Benefits & Wellness Analyst

The Employee Benefits & Wellness Analyst serves as a trusted resource for employees, HR Business Partners, and business leaders, helping them navigate benefits, leave, disability, accommodations, workers’ compensation, and wellness programs. This role coordinates complex cases through resolution, supports a geographically diverse workforce including OCONUS employees, leads annual open enrollment, and uses data to enhance service delivery and the employee experience. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage sensitive issues and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
