BEOL Process Integration Engineer

This role involves driving the integration and development of the overall BEOL for existing and future analog and CMOS nodes at an advanced 300 mm fab. The engineer will collaborate with various teams to ensure process compatibility with parametric, test, and packaging requirements while meeting physical, electrical, yield, and reliability targets.
