Beverage Technician

The Beverage Technician is responsible for the calibration, sanitation, and maintenance of automated beverage dispensing systems, including the Easy Bar and Smart Bar platforms. The role also involves executing the casino’s batch cocktail program by preparing kegged cocktails and house-made mixers according to standardized recipes, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards. By managing inventory and equipment functionality, this position ensures operational readiness, beverage consistency, and speed of service across all casino outlets.
