About this role
The Group Leader will lead small groups of teens with autism spectrum profiles in Aspire’s Explorations six-week summer program, facilitating community-based recreational and life-skills activities. The role supports participants aged 14–19 through structured therapeutic programming designed to build social competency, stress management, and practical independence. This is a temporary, onsite summer position based in Newton within Mass General Brigham’s Aspire program.
