About this role
The Behavioral Health Specialist I provides direct care and ensures safety for children and adolescents on an inpatient psychiatric unit as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team. The role supports the implementation and documentation of a therapeutic milieu and assists with patient routines, family support, and daily operations under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
