About this role

The Behavioral Health Supervisor at Wise Path Recovery Centers leads and supports a team of Recovery Support Specialists and Behavioral Health Technicians in a residential substance use treatment facility. This role ensures safe program operations, oversees client care delivery, and collaborates with clinical and nursing leadership to maintain compliance and improve patient outcomes. The supervisor provides direct coaching, manages staffing schedules, and serves as a key escalation point for operational and client-related issues.

Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to support staff members.
Manage staff schedules and assist with recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
Oversee program operations to ensure compliance with Joint Commission and state regulations.
Facilitate educational groups and monitor client activities and safety within the facility.
Collaborate with clinical and nursing teams to address client concerns and treatment plans.
