Bid and Proposal Specialist – MOHP Packaging Solutions

The role is responsible for creating and completing bids, estimations, and quotations for Packaging / Integrated Solutions (MV drives + motors + E-house + auxiliaries) across LATAM. The position works cross-functionally with sales, engineering, supply chain, finance, legal, and factory stakeholders to deliver competitive, compliant, and profitable proposals. The role also maintains bid documentation, reports bid status, and supports win/loss analysis to improve proposal competitiveness.
