Bid Coordinator

The Bid Coordinator administers and coordinates activities to obtain subcontractor bid coverage for client projects, reporting directly to the Lead Bid Coordinator. The role involves heavy phone solicitation and follow-up to ensure subcontractor participation in the estimating process. This position works in conjunction with the Estimating and Project teams to support both bid and negotiated projects.
