Bid Director

The Bid Director leads major work-winning activities across the Environment Business, developing and delivering winning strategies for high-value framework opportunities and major projects. This role involves managing the entire bid lifecycle, from opportunity qualification through to final submission, while leading multidisciplinary teams to secure profitable new business in the UK water and infrastructure sectors. The position requires strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership skills to drive sustainable growth and build trusted client relationships.
