A Bid Manager role within AtkinsRéalis’ Defence Infrastructure business responsible for managing bids through the win-to-work lifecycle and securing contracts with clients. The position works across technical experts, consultants and business development staff to produce compelling proposals and to improve the division’s win capability (people, processes, tools and governance). The role sits within the core Business Development team and supports strategic client engagement and bid governance.
