Bid & Pursuit Coordinator

The Bid & Pursuit Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the Opportunity Management function, providing governance, compliance, document-control, and coordination support across the active opportunity portfolio. This role maintains schedules, actions, review records, and submission administration to ensure Bid Managers and pursuit teams deliver in a controlled, timely, and auditable manner. The position supports the entire pursuit lifecycle, from qualification and stage-gate reviews to final submission and archiving.
