About this role

As a Bid/Proposal Engineer at Alfa Laval, you will support the preparation and coordination of quotations and bid activities for system sales projects within the EVS and W&W teams. Working closely with the Bid Manager, you will ensure high-quality technical solutions and documentation are developed according to customer requirements while aligning with global sales activities. This role combines technical understanding, commercial awareness, and project coordination to drive successful bid execution and handover to project teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technical input and documentation across engineering and stakeholders
Prepare and maintain clarification and deviation lists for bids
Review technical descriptions and bid deliverables for quality and scope
Support preparation of PSP documentation and risk assessments
Ensure bid deliverables are completed on time within scope and quality standards
