About this role

The Manager, Advisor Satisfaction role oversees a select group of qualified advisors within Sun Life Financial Investment Services, managing escalated cases and fostering strong client relationships. This position requires exceptional mutual fund operations knowledge and superior judgment to handle complex financial transactions and operational KPIs. Reporting to the Manager, Advisor Satisfaction, the incumbent ensures service quality objectives are met while acting as a champion for process improvements and advisor self-serve benefits.

Responsibilities

Manage daily requests and escalated issues from assigned advisor contacts
Build strong relationships and provide value-add feedback to advisor offices
Analyze common operational issues and provide feedback to training teams
Act as a functional subject matter expert for dealer initiatives
Identify opportunities for process change and system improvements

Skills

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent post-secondary educationCSC or IFIC course completion
