Bilingual Case Manager

CEDP is seeking a compassionate Bilingual Case Manager to provide comprehensive, intensive support to families facing housing instability in Englewood, Littleton, and Sheridan. The role involves conducting assessments, developing care plans, coordinating services with community partners, and advocating for client needs within a trauma-informed framework. Ideally suited for candidates with lived experience in homelessness or mental health challenges, this position requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of local resources, and the ability to transport clients via a CEDP vehicle.
