The Bilingual Contract Specialist provides essential administrative and operational support across the tender and contract lifecycle for ZOLL Medical's Canadian commercial operations. This role supports the preparation, coordination, and tracking of bids, contracts, pricing updates, and customer agreements. The position requires fluency in both English and French and involves working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Customer Service teams.

Responsibilities

Prepare and coordinate RFP/RFQ responses and proposal documents for Canadian customers
Draft, review, and process commercial contracts and customer agreements ensuring compliance
Maintain bid and contract tracking tools and resolve pricing or contract discrepancies
