As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and field staff, providing exceptional customer service in both English and French while coordinating care requests and supporting service delivery. The role involves building care schedules, assigning appropriate staff to patients, and maintaining accurate employee and patient data within computerized systems. You will also respond professionally to communications from funders, staff, patients, and families, while documenting all interactions.
