Bilingual Department Manager – 2nd Shift

This full-time leadership role involves managing a production department and a team of 30–40 hourly employees within Pella’s manufacturing operations. The position focuses on supporting daily manufacturing goals related to safety, quality, and productivity while providing hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment. It is primarily intended for new college graduates completing their degree in Spring 2027.
