Reporting to the Manager, Disability Operations, the Disability Case Manager assists employees who are off work or at risk of being off work for health reasons. The role assesses barriers to a timely return-to-work and engages stakeholders to implement strategies supporting return-to-work or an appropriate alternative plan.
