Bilingual Field Safety Representative

The Bilingual Field Safety Representative will provide on‑site safety oversight for a conveyor system installation in an active distribution center, conducting daily safety meetings, monitoring crews for compliance with OSHA, company, and customer requirements, and addressing unsafe conditions in both English and Spanish. This hands‑on role involves extensive walking the jobsite, coaching employees, and documenting safety observations while working a 58‑hour weekly schedule.
