About this role

The Bilingual Case Manager provides comprehensive, culturally responsive support to French-speaking survivors of torture and refugee populations within the SOT program. This role involves coordinating complex health, legal, and social services, assisting with benefit applications, and ensuring equitable access to healthcare and community resources through direct French and English interaction.

Responsibilities

Provide direct case management services in French and English to French-speaking survivors.
Assist participants with completing applications for public benefits and health insurance.
Coordinate referrals to primary, mental health, and employment services.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive case records following client interactions.
Build and maintain relationships with community-based organizations serving immigrants.
