Bilingual Funding Manager

The Bilingual Funding Manager leads a regional team of Closing Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely processing of mortgage closing transactions for both direct and broker‑originated loans. The role is responsible for meeting service level agreements, managing performance, coaching staff, and maintaining compliance with MCAP policies and regulatory requirements, while providing bilingual support to French‑ and English‑speaking stakeholders.
