Bilingual Information Services Specialist

The Bilingual Information Services Specialist disseminates and interprets complex health and medical information under the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Institute’s purview, responding to public inquiries via phone, email, mail, and Live Chat. The role involves developing standard and custom language for responses, conducting online literature searches, and making appropriate resource referrals. This position requires strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish to effectively manage incoming calls and draft custom responses for the public and members of Congress.
