Bilingual Instructional Paraprofessional

Under the direct supervision of a certified staff member, this role assists professional staff with students in the classroom to meet instructional goals and objectives. The position involves reinforcing basic learning, administering classroom exercises, and supporting students with special needs to maximize inclusion and achievement. The paraprofessional also helps with record-keeping, behavioral management, and non-instructional duties to ensure a safe and orderly learning environment.
