The Bilingual Intake Specialist supports the Centralized Intake Program across New York City's five boroughs, serving as the first point of contact for clients in Domestic Violence and Homeless Family shelters. This role conducts comprehensive intake, risk assessments, and screenings to ensure timely access to appropriate programs and resources while promoting engagement with Urban Resource Institute's services. The specialist also provides outreach, resource coordination, and support to various legal, economic, and safety programs as needed.
