About this role
Pair Team is hiring a full-time Bilingual Member Services Representative (Lead Case Manager) to support whole-person, interdisciplinary care for individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorder, homelessness, and high medical needs. The role is primarily remote with regular technology-enabled work and requires 2–3 community on-site visits per month.
