Bilingual Navigator

The Bilingual Navigator serves as a key connection point between Community Progress Council and the York County community, engaging individuals and families through outreach, recruitment, and enrollment services. As the first point of contact, the Navigator delivers exceptional customer service, builds trusted relationships, and connects participants to programs and resources that support their goals. This role fosters strong partnerships with community organizations to expand access to resources and help individuals and families move toward greater self-sufficiency.
