Anoplate is seeking a Bilingual Plater Trainee to support platers in maximizing tank output with limited waste in a safe and quality-driven environment. The role involves unpacking, inspecting, preparing, and racking parts for production, as well as cycling parts between tanks and performing duties such as drying, transporting, and packing. Trainees will learn the art and science of metal finishing while working alongside subject matter experts.
