Bilingual Receptionist

The Bilingual Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients and guests in the Dallas office, handling multi‑line phone systems, greeting visitors, and managing conference room reservations and calendars. The role also supports office personnel with tasks such as mail distribution, supply ordering, and basic legal contract preparation, requiring full English/Spanish proficiency and weekend availability.
