Bilingual Resident Advocate

The Bridge is seeking a Bilingual Resident Advocate to provide direct services to residents in a 100-bed emergency shelter for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and women and children experiencing homelessness. The role involves conducting resident intakes, providing orientation, and ensuring shelter safety and compliance with guidelines. The position also requires managing hotline assessments, updating shelter databases, and assisting with facility cleanliness and meal services.
