Biller

The Biller is responsible for managing community accounts receivable billing, including entering new and moved-out residents, applying payments, assisting with collections, maintaining resident ledgers, and performing daily cash reconciliations. The role works closely with community Business Office Managers to ensure accurate billing for Medicare, Medicaid, third‑party insurance, and private‑pay services, and handles claim processing, payment posting, and collection communications.
