Billing Administrator

The Billing Administrator supports the financial operations of the BC Hydro Facilities Management Services Agreement by preparing invoices, maintaining billing schedules, tracking employee timesheets, and managing accounts receivable. Reporting to the Accounting & Administration Manager, the role ensures accurate cost classification, reconciles AR records, and generates financial reports while collaborating with various finance and procurement teams.
