About this role
A Billing Analyst at RingCentral is a mid-level member of the Revenue Operations team supporting the company’s billing and revenue processes. The role partners across Billing, Sales, Legal and other operational teams and reports to the Revenue Operations Billing Manager. This position is based onsite most of the week and contributes to accurate revenue operations for a global UCaaS and contact center provider.
