Billing Analyst

The Billing Analyst works in a team environment to handle a high volume of service billing with accuracy, supporting the Atlanta and Charlotte Building Services Division and their customers. The role involves reviewing work orders, communicating with account managers and customers, and ensuring timely invoice submission and AR deadlines are met. The position also requires resolving billing issues, managing aging invoices, and maintaining customer-specific billing portals and documentation.
