Billing and Claims Specialist

The Billing and Claims Specialist supports the accurate and timely billing of mental health services at Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC). This position works with clinicians, administrative staff, patients, and insurance companies to submit and process insurance claims, enter payments, prepare billing statements, and resolve billing issues. The role also involves supporting patient collections and ensuring compliance with coding rules and regulations.
